Two-piece design sandwiches the lower rocker panel lip between the 1/4” outer plate and a 3/16” rear backing plate for extra protection. Guard is 48” long to cover from flare to flare and is easily trimmed for varying wheel well openings. Offers great protection for the sheetmetal or to cover up the existing damage. Mounts with 3/8” Stainless Steel Button cap bolts and nutserts for rust-free good looks. Come bare but easily paintable to match your rig. Also available with a 39” x 1 1/2” x 3/16” wall tubing protector that is great for keeping rocks and trees away from the door and flares.

These doors are the result of too many long hot trail rides! They are perfect for those who want the cooling comfort and trail visibility of going doorless, but want a more secure feeling. They utilize our removable hinges and a cam latch that secures to your stock striker— so you can switch back and forth with your hard doors easily! Suzanne specifically requested the perfect armrest height, corner plate and close lower bar to keep your valuables from sliding out while on the trail. Made of .090 wall tubing for strength without being too heavy. A 1/2” hinge pin is built into the door that slides into a brass oilite bushing on the hinge. Come bare so you can paint to match your rig. We have clamp on mirrors already available. Watch for covers & padded armrests for these in the future!

Ours are the only Early Bronco Radius Arms to utilize 2" diameter, 1/4" thick heavy wall tubing, cast iron head units, and massive 1" bore high quality Rod Ends for maximum strength. Arms are designed with built in caster, offset to clear larger tires and tight to the frame rail to improve ground clearance. 10 3/4" longer than stock—Moving the pivot point farther back vastly improving suspension travel and articulation, overall handling and control for on road driving. Built in lower shock mounts for use with stock shock mounting position or our Stage 2 Hoops and our Long Travel Shocks for 15" of travel. Best results are achieved when these arms are used in conjunction with Duff suspension components. Blue powdercoated for long lasting good looks. Requires reuse of original C-caps. Includes arms, head units, rod ends, bushings and all necessary mounting hardware. All new parts, no core necessary.

A kit just for you Full Size guys to install our Long Travel Radius Arms on the C-channeled framed Broncos. This kit includes arms, crossmember brackets, specially designed frame brackets with a backside reinforcement and riser brackets for the brake lines. The arms are the same proven design that we've been selling for years! Combine with our Cast C-Wedges and C-Caps to swap in a new Dana 44 or Dana 60! Must have a 3.5 lift.
